There is a great deal of research that shows that a self-aware leader is a better leader.

Psychometric profiling, using well validated procedures, is an excellent way of helping to develop greater self-awareness and self-knowledge and can make a powerful contribution to the coaching process. By highlighting strengths and blind spots and indicating the way we instinctively prefer to react to, or behave, in certain situations, they help us discover that we can choose to respond differently.

Psychometrics can also help us understand why the people we work with behave differently from ourselves and make it easier to resolve interpersonal problems.

I can offer profiling using instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II, FIRO-B, and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
